Celebrating Life's Little Milestones at Donosti 2.0

As one who planned to only have one child in life, I thought I had it all figured out. Through the the years, my one-child-policy obviously changed and here I am today, w three beautiful souls under my care. As we moms know, balancing quality time with each child is a challenge and sometimes we just have to get creative. Since my kids hit the age of about six or seven, I’ve made it a point to take them on one on one dates. Just the two of us, so we could talk and really spend alone time, even for just an hour. It has made me very close to my children and we share little secrets with EACH OTHER that are only for EACH OTHER. There was never a set time or day, just an alternate cycle for each one. Or if a milestone was to be celebrated, that would be an opportunity for our “date time.”

We love to eat and eating is really our time to bond. Donosti has been a favourite Spanish go to for us in the city and now, more so, as it is under new ownership by one of my favourite Chefs, Tippi Tambunting. Donosti has remained consistent and good. I know that it’ll only get better under Chef Tippi’s watchful eye, attention to detail and quality. I’ve tried most items on their menu. I love all their tapas like the gulas, cantimpalitos, croquettes and tortas. I also love their chicken, pork and rice dishes. So today, I’ll be sharing the new items we ordered. Congratulations, Tippi. Looking forward to more from Donosti.
