Last night, I was invited to attend a cooking demo, cocktails and a dinner by Isabelle Tuazon of Enderun College. Isabelle graduated from Enderun, and is now working as marketing head of the school’s, Restaurant 101. I’ve been to Enderun many times in the past for various occasions, but last nights event, is what really made a mark. I was so impressed by this school. The teachers, students, staff and what the school stands for. Was proud to realize that we have something as global as this in our country.
The students are taught culinary skills as comprehensive and updated as top culinary schools abroad. I watched in awe as they did the cooking demo. The students were confident, articulate and knowledgeable about their craft. I highly recommend this school for anyone that wants to take culinary arts. From fresh high school graduates and anyone who wants to go back to school. Whether its to complete your degree or brush up on skills. Furthermore, I support and also highly recommend trying out the school’s restaurant. Restaurant 101. New graduates work and do their practicum in the school’s very own restaurant before they soar on to the real world. Here are some photos of my satisfying experience with them.
Here are the rest of the dishes served to us during dinner. I wish they did a demo of the very good scotch egg. It was so tasty and well made.
Let’s support our institutions, students and establishments. Restaurant 101 serves lunch and dinner and has set business lunch menus for the working set. It’s the perfect place to hold meetings and intimate celebrations.
Restaurant 101 is located at 1100 Campus Ave., Mc Kinley Hill, Fort Bonifaio, Taguig City.
