The latest Korean concept at Solaire is in a league of its own. It is the only Korean grill in the country that is smokeless! And that, is a big plus right there. Although Korean cuisine is always a good idea, it takes some planning. I always have to remember not to wash my hair before the meal knowing it will smell like smoke after. Or not scheduling anything after coming from a Korean restaurant because my clothing will be reeking of the smell of grilled meat and garlic. But, worry no more, Kiwa is the answer to your dining dilemmas.
The restaurant is fresh smelling as the wood used for its interiors are pinewood imported from Korea. The grillers on each table have a mechanism that eat the smoke up and suck it downwards while a lot of eucalyptus logs absorb the smoke underground. I left the place as freshly as I had when I got there and attended two other meetings without the worry of smelling like food from a smoke laden establishment. Solaire’s newest dining spot is the only Korean fine dining in the country.
What’s Inside Kiwa Korean Grill

Kiwa means traditional Korean roof tile, used widely in Korean homes. And as a restaurant, they want their patrons to feel like they are cocooned in the typical Korean shelter. Kiwa is a place that provides a comfortable environment for relaxation and leisure. Kiwa also aims to give the best of everything.
All ingredients are fresh. They use only grade A+ beef, the best that is available. They say their service standard is a lot higher than other restaurants. They also follow strict 5-star hotel sanitation rules. All these are immediately noticed once you enter the restaurant. Kiwa has kept all recipes authentic. You will notice the taste is clean and refined. There are also some unique dishes not seen in most Korean restaurants in Manila.
