As you all know, The Nobu Hotel at City of Dreams, Manila has marked the entry of the internationally acclaimed Nobu Hospitality into Asia. Inspired by the world renowned Japanese culinary genius Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and championed by Academy award winning actor Robert De Niro and Hollywood producer Meir Teper, the 321-room trendsetting boutique hotel will continue to deliver thrilling, celebrity-inspired and ‘fun-luxury’ experiences. A modern Japanese inspired aesthetic is found throughout the hotel. My latest excitement being Sunday Brunch!
Yes, Nobu offers brunch … I delighted my palate with these Japanese inspired favourites.
Brunch at Nobu Hotel
As you can see, Nobu Manila takes brunch to another level as the hip and modern restaurant at City of Dreams, Manila welcomes diners on Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nobu serves a finely curated brunch buffet that includes Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s other specialties like sea bass jalapeño, tuna tataki, okonomi yaki and crispy pork belly in spicy miso sauce. A must try for your special Sundays.
Chef Nobu’s culinary empire spans through 38 restaurants, in 32 cities and 5 continents. Quality is very important to him as is maintaining close ties and good relationships with his partners. To achieve this, he tries to come three to four times a year. We got to chat with him for an exclusive interview and he was nothing but pleasant and generous with sharing his tips for success.
