Quality Blooms
I received a unique invite last week for the latest flower haven opening soon. It said the event would be a day of decorating tips and floral arrangement. I was quite hesitant because floral arrangement is just not a strength of mine. I’ve tried gardening and growing herbs in the past, all of which were always a major fail.
I have come to accept the fact that I just do not have a green thumb and plants are not my forte. But, I was intrigued and decided I would go and face my fear. Ha ha. And then well, what do you know, I truly had a good time! I walked in and saw some of the nicest people I know who were equally apprehensive about the bouquet making competition. I also saw Ange of The Sweet Life by Ange and her wonderful confections prettily laid out. After which, I spotted large buckets of afternoon MOET Rosè, and immediately, I began to relax.
The event was held at the Ethan Allen showroom. It was the perfect place to do so since we were to incorporate our arrangements into the stores living space areas. A very well thought of concept by the two young owners of Te Amo Floristeria.
