As promised, I would share with you my best and favoured water infusions.  I will make it as uncomplicated as I can for you to do at home or to explain to someone who will be preparing it for you.  These infusions are what I make most and have, based on what I feel the state of my health needs reviving.  Ha ha.  The only tools needed are fresh, clean water (not distilled) and the best quality fruits you can get your hands on.  Organic is ideal but can be quite expensive.

From my experience, Holy Carabao seems to be fairly priced and they deliver.  I get mine in Rustan’s MARKET PLACE groceries.  If you feel that buying organic is not a priority, just make sure you scrub the skin of the fruits (like apples and lemons) well before slicing.  A bit of soaking in water with some distilled vinegar will also clean them up.  Just make sure you have 1-2 litres a day of water set aside for your consumption.  Infuse with the fruit blends I will be sharing and start to feel great!

The photo below is for BEAUTY BOOSTING water (left). And FAT BURNING, DIGESTION and HEADACHES (right).  For beauty, you will need GINGER+MINT+LEMON (2 inch thinly sliced ginger, 1 lemon, sliced and 12-15 fresh mint leaves).                                                                                                                                                                           For fat burning, digestion and headaches, good quality GREEN TEA (I use matcha powder)+MINT+LIME (1 litre green tea, a handful of mint leaves and 1 lime sliced thinly).

Next are recipes for HYDRATION+DIGESTION+APPETITE CONTROL (left).  And BLOOD SUGAR SUPPORT+DIGESTION (right).                                                                                                                                           For hydration, digestion and appetite control, you will need 1 peeled and thinly sliced cucumber, 1-2 lemons, sliced and 1 lime, sliced.                                                                                                                                                                            For blood sugar support and digestion, prepare 1 peeled and thinly sliced cucumber, a handful of sliced strawberries and 1-2 kiwi’s, sliced.

Heres an everyday recipe for IMMUNE DEFENSE+DIGESTION+HEARTBURN.  This is one of my favourites because of all the outside factors our bodies have to endure on a daily basis like pollution, UV rays and processed food  that really bogs us down. It is a recipe made with again, 1 litre water, 1-2 limes, sliced, 2 oranges, sliced and 1-2 lemons, sliced.

All recipes are based on my own research and what each fruit, vegetable and herb can do for our systems.  I did not go into the intricacies.  So feel free to do your own search and find recipes based on what your particular needs or deficiencies are.  Just remember to give it some time to let the ingredients bleed into the water so you get maximum benefits.  When you’re ready to drink, add some ice cubes, sit back and relax.
